Return & Refunds

The local stores shall be responsible for all returns and refunds. We have a refund policy as governed by the Local store that is supplying the product. This entitles our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.

Refund/Exchange  Policy :

The Local Stores will exchange the product or provide a refund, as long the product is not used and is in the original packing. All the returns are handled by the Local Stores. We encourage customers to check the products on delivery, if the customer is not satisfied with any product it has to be returned immediately. There is no return of the products accepted at time of delivery, used partially or fully.


Are there any charges for Delivery?

We do not charge our customers for delivery, however, the retailers might levy additional delivery charges which will be conveyed to the customers before they make a purchase.

Refund policy for Retailers

We want you to love what we have built to boost your business and increase your sales. But we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we will try to make it right. If you’d like to make a return, here’s what you need to know.

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and it is that simple. You will get a full refund within 14 days of your request, obviously – no questions asked.
